Freedom, bliss and the sensual heart

Summer's here! Festival time! Season of campfire sing-a-longs, tents and the inevitable wellies (in the UK anyway....).
Suta and Tina kick off the summer season with the Osho Leela Tantra Festival in June - this was one of the Tantra highlights of last year, and a gorgeous way to expand into the long sunny days of freedom and bliss!
Suta is back at Leela in July for a unique experiment - the combination of Bioenergetics and Tantra, for Orgasm of the Heart, with Rakendra. This promises to be a potent combination....
Another highlight is the Juice Holistic Party in Kent in August, and Suta and Tina will also be returning to London in September with the mind-blowing, bliss-bringing, pleasure-filled love explosion that is Expanding Pleasure!
'We recommend' returns this month with Jan Day - a wonderful and very experienced Tantra teacher and relationship expert, who offers the chance to explore the whole relating realm - from deep dating to diving deep into your significant relationships.

Orgasm of the Heart - Tantra and Bioenergetics, with Rakendra, 1-3 July, Osho Leela, Dorset
When we close off to our hearts, we also begin to close off to pleasure. By liberating the emotional, physical and energetic blocks in our hearts we will open ourselves up to feeling the fullness of our bodies.
By acknowledging the sexual animal in ourselves and the desire to feel sexually fulfilled, we will open up the huge capacity of our bodies to feel pleasure, and explore the sensual side of our bodies.
In this group we will use techniques of emotional release, Tantra, massage and dance so you can experience what it means to feel fulfilled and orgasmic in your heart.

Sex to Superconsciousness, Chakra 3 - 15-17 July, Osho Leela, Dorset
During the 3rd Chakra weekend, we discover unity of opposites in choice less awareness. Inner division creates stress, leading to inner and outer war. The third chakra contains the lesson we are learning on a global level right now, how to let go of limiting beliefs and become vast enough to contain the contradictions offered by life. As more individuals learn this lesson, the whole human collective will benefit.

Sacred Sexuality, 26-31 July, Czech Republic, with Mahasatvaa Sarita
